At Frank we care deeply about the environment and want to make an impact in more ways than selling refurbished devices. We believe in socially responsible companies. At Frank we want to encourage people to get involved in the circular economy! We want to make buying a second hand phone mainstream, with a local flavour. By buying second hand/refurbished it's great for your pocket, and great for the planet too. By sourcing the devices ourselves from other Australians we can maintain the quality control, and make sure the entire process has a small impact on the earth. We have spent a lot of time to make our packaging 100% sustainable, and we offer local pickup to keep the carbon emissions down where we can too.

One Tree Planted for every device

We’re thrilled to partner with One Tree Planted to plant trees. One Tree Planted is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to global reforestation.They plant trees to restore nature and biodiversity. They also raise awareness about the importance of trees, offer businesses like ours a simple sustainability solution, and motivate younger generations to do something positive for the environment. For every product sold at Frank Mobile will plant a tree. Trees clean our air and water, create habitats for biodiversity, contribute to our health and wellbeing and create jobs for social impact. We’re honored to have reforestation through One Tree Planted as an integral part of our business model.
