Established ESG Steering Committee

Allstate established an ESG Steering Committee in 2007 to support the company's sustainability strategy. This cross-functional management committee meets monthly to review existing and emerging environmental and social issues, identify opportunities and strategies to address these issues, and drive thought leadership through three working groups focused on Climate, Inclusive Diversity and Equity, and Privacy.

Published Annual Sustainability Reports

Allstate has published 19 annual sustainability reports demonstrating progress toward environmental, social and governance goals. The company publicly discloses its annual greenhouse gas emissions inventory with independent third-party verification of year-over-year emissions increases and reductions.
