Dockside Green Sustainability Profile

Dockside Green is not currently tracking sustainability.

Dockside Green is a sustainable community development located on 15 acres of former industrial land in Victoria, British Columbia's harbourfront. Since its inception, the development has been raising the bar on sustainable living in Canada through three core ingredients: a state-of-the-art Waste Water Treatment Facility, District Energy system, and integrated urban design. The project achieved LEED-NC Platinum certification and represents a master-planned community that integrates new urban neighbourhood development with surrounding natural and built environments, offering a unique living, working, and visiting environment.
