A bioclimatic building that uses natural materials and ancestral techniques, giving value to traditions and reducing our energy consumption.

Water use reduced by 30%

We designed a water management system that reduces our consumption by 30%, protects this precious resource for the community, and avoids contamination. Our system recycles our gray waters from sinks and showers and reuses it in the toilets.

Waste and plastic reduction

We compost our organic residues, reject single-use plastic, and do not give any plastic waste to our guests.

Filtered drinking water

Our water filtering system gives our guests free drinking water all day, avoiding the need to purchase or use plastic bottles.

Natural personal care products

We offer our guests personal care products that are natural and free of toxics. We also use reduced-impact cleaning products, with brands like Biogar, Cory, Fauno, and our own line of natural body soap, Majagua.

90% of our employees are native to the region, 70% are women, and all receive fair pay, egalitarian treatment, and growth opportunities.
