6 tonnes of e-waste, diverted from landfill
We commit that we will ensure that 6 tonnes of e-waste is diverted from landfill by December 2025, through re-use or recycling. What does that mean by numbers? We will save 17.73t of CO2 emissions from entering the atmosphere. We will save 45.78t of mineral resources being extracted from the ground and processed. We will save 236,425MJ of Fossil Fuel resources, used to power factories and make plastics for phones. We will avoid 18.25kg of ethene C2H4 equivalents. We will avoid 35kg of Particulate matter in the air (all claims measured through the Mobile Muster Calculator)
