Farmer directory platform connecting independent Colombian growers to buyers

Far More launched a new website and producer directory to increase transparency and enable direct connection between Colombian coffee farmers and Australian/overseas buyers. Through the platform, visitors can view farmer profiles and initiate inquiries, and independent Colombian farmers have begun registering directly to request access to Far More’s trading network. This creates a scalable directory effect: more farmers are able to be discovered and approached, and buyers gain a transparent pathway to understand origin, producers, and coffee lots. The platform is steadily becoming a growing directory for independent Colombian coffee farmers, supporting access to market and reducing the informational barriers that traditionally disadvantage small producers. Since the directory launched in March 2026, we've onboarded 150+ coffee farmers in Clombia.

Producer–community connection through Sara Gutiérrez’s first Australia tour

Far More’s mission is to change the way coffee producers and consumers connect. In 2026, we brought one of our long-term producing partners, Sara Gutiérrez, to Australia for her first official visit and multi-city tour. Sara is a Colombian female coffee producer and a direct example of Far More’s farmer-first model in action. Across three cities, we created opportunities for Sara to meet and engage with roasters, cafés, and the wider coffee community. The tour supported direct relationship building: enabling new conversations with buyers, strengthening trust, and opening pathways for coffee placements and longer-term partnerships. This initiative is designed to move beyond “origin storytelling” and create real-world connection and commercial opportunity for producers, particularly those who are often underrepresented. The outcome is a stronger, more transparent and more human supply chain, where the people behind the coffee are visible, valued, and able to participate directly in market relationships.

Launching HiFlux coffee filters in Australia as exclusive importer

Far More has supported the development and commercial validation of HiFlux filters from early stages by providing coffee and conducting initial trials. HiFlux filters are produced using material from the paper manufacturing process (lyocell-based fibre), offering a lower-impact brewing consumable compared to conventional single-use filters. Far More has been appointed the exclusive importer for Australia. Through this role, we are directly behind bringing the product to market, supporting adoption through education, and enabling cafés and roasters to access a more environmentally brewing option. While Far More is not the manufacturer, our contribution has been practical and early: testing performance, enabling commercial trials, and creating the pathway for adoption in a new market. This helps convert a sustainability innovation into real usage at scale through distribution, education, and supply chain implementation.

Paperless engagement through reusable NFC tokens (ZeroTag partnership)

Far More partnered with ZeroTag from early stage to replace printed marketing collateral and paper based touchpoints with reusable NFC tokens (keyrings and tags). These tokens are used across events and customer interactions to link directly to producer stories, product pages, social channels, and key resources, helping us operate with significantly less paper and creating a repeatable digital alternative to single-use materials. This has allowed Far More to move toward being a paperless operation for customer-facing communications and to encourage reusable digital engagement rather than disposable print.

Working closely with farmers

Far More Coffee works directly with farmers to find more sustainable and profitable means to preserve the environment and livelihood of farmers - to create greener coffee importing. As stated by Far More’s CEO, ‘Exceptional coffee shouldn’t have to cost the earth or the lives of the people who produce it’. Far More sources ethically from personally known farmers, creating a stronger relationship to bring home a taste of good, ethically made coffee.

Amplifying the coffee supply chain

Far More aims to disrupt the coffee supply chain and assist coffee farmers selling at a loss by creating a digital marketplace that enables these producers to connect directly to overseas buyers. This streamlines the trade process and provides greater remuneration to farmers who were affected by factors interrupting the coffee supply chain.
