Secured green finance

Henderson Land secured over HK$50 billion in green finance, including loans with China Construction Bank, Hang Seng Bank, and MUFG Bank, for various sustainability initiatives.

Launched ESG recycling programme

In November 2024, Henderson Land launched the We CAN! ESG Christmas initiative, an aluminium can recycling programme spanning over 200 of its properties.

Established ESG partnership programme

The Henderson, the Group's flagship commercial development in Central, launched an industry-first Landlord-Individual-Tenant (LIT) ESG Partnership Programme to empower tenants and their employees to strive towards sustainability.
