We have worked on a variety of strategic challenges for organizations such as Vermaat, where we contributed to strengthening their sustainability strategy, and Efteling, where we supported the integration of more sustainable retail processes within a unique experience-driven environment.

Supported CSRD reporting

The Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) requires companies to report more transparently on sustainability topics such as climate impact, working conditions, and responsible business practices. For Rensa Family, a key first step was conducting a double materiality analysis. The outcomes of this analysis provide clarity on specific reporting requirements and form the foundation for future sustainability efforts.

Assessed ESG material topics

We supported Rensa Family in performing both internal and external analyses to identify the most relevant ESG topics within their sector. Using our tools and quality assurance, Rensa Family conducted these analyses independently. To validate the ESG topics, we conducted joint interviews with internal and external stakeholders and created a shortlist.

Analysed engagement levels

Every organisation is unique, so we analyse the company in two ways through a baseline assessment: organisation-wide (what is the current level of engagement?) and at a specific target group level (what types of target groups are there?). We then plot the level of engagement for each target group.

Screened ESG legislation

We break down the complex world of European sustainability legislation into manageable elements. From the EU Taxonomy to the Corporate Social Responsibility Directive (CSRD), Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence (CSDD) and Fit for 55. We ensure that, as an organisation, you understand what is required.
