Published first ESG report

WalkMe Ltd. (NASDAQ: WKME), a leading provider of digital adoption solutions, today announced the publication of its first environmental, social, and governance (ESG) report.

Increased women in leadership

Increased the number of women in leadership roles (VP, EVP, SVP positions) by 5% and in people leader roles (manager and above) by 4% from 2022

Created five ERGs

Created five Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to support internal community-building and education and engaged employees in over 2,000 hours of volunteer time in their local communities

Achieved FedRAMP Ready status

Achieved best in class data security and privacy standards, including gaining Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP®) Ready status, making WalkMe the only digital adoption platform listed in the FedRAMP marketplace.

Tree planting in Kinangop

On 20th November 2024, we collaborated with other member companies of Industrial Promotion Services in a tree planting exercise in Kinangop, as part of our commitment to environmental conservation and sustainability. The exercise was successful as 3,000 indigenous trees among them the Grevillea Robusta were planted.

Planted 3,700 trees

We have planted 3,700 trees this year, registering a success rate of 74%.

Solar panels on plant roof

Other than reforestation for which we aim to achieve a 90% survival rate of our tree seedlings, Farmer’s Choice demonstrates commitment to Net Zero through other sustainability initiatives, including covering up to 80% of our plant's roof with solar panels to encourage clean energy.

Transitioned refrigerants

In the same light, we have transitioned to eco-friendly refrigerants throughout our premises.

Reduced water usage

We are also deliberate about cutting water usage by 22% every year by way of recycling and low usage mechanisms.
