We’ve been a B Corp since 2022, joining a global movement of businesses using their influence to improve the world. We became a certified B Corporation® in 2022 because we wanted to build a recruitment agency that prioritises more than just profit.

Planted over 2,500 trees

We’ve planted over 2,500 trees and avoided 53 tCO2 through our ESG initiatives and circular IT commitments. We have funded the planting of more than 2,500 trees since launch and avoided 53 tCO2e through various ESG projects worldwide.

Donated to local charities

Each year, we give back to our community by donating both funds and time to support local charities. Charity Commitment – Every year, we donate 2% of our Net Fee Income (NFI) to a local charity.

Launched ESG division

We launched our ESG & Sustainability division, recognising the growing importance of Environmental, Social, and Governance roles in driving positive change across many industries. From environmental strategy to social responsibility and governance, our expertise covers all aspects of ESG.

Planted trees for referrals

We’ve moved away from traditional referrals, stepping up our environmental impact by planting 20 trees for every successful referral. To make it even better, we’ve added a referral bonus on top.
