Aktio says companies can define their carbon trajectory using international references to get their company in line with the 1.5°C or 2°C objectives, and the ESRS E1 standard requires target values for 2030.

The CSRD guidance states that companies should publish greenhouse gas emission reduction targets and, when available, target values for 2050 as part of their carbon trajectory.
