We are not perfect, nor do we claim to be, but we promise to be transparent in our sustainability efforts and leave the world in a better place than we found it the day before.

Uses FSC and bluesign materials

The key materials of our collection such as our core suiting are pulp made from natural trees. FSC® forest certification is a certification given to products made from wood obtained from well-managed, sustainable forests and their manufacturing and distribution processes. The material is also bluesign certified.

Tests prints and linings

We have also made tireless efforts to ensure that our textiles prints and linings meet OKEO-TEX -100 Standard. If a textile carries the OKEO-TEX 100 standard, you can be certain that every component has been tested for harmful substances and therefore are harmless to human health.

Worked with Zero Waste Daniel

For the collaboration, Zero Waste Daniel took the excess fabric fom the Fall 2020 collection and created embroidery designs for existing Alice + Olivia pieces. Excess fabric in fashion is usually discarded and thrown into landfills, so by reusing old pieces, Alice + Olivia was able to reduce the amount of waste the collection otherwise would have produced.
