Pilot carbon trading system
Vietnam is actively developing its own regulatory framework for the carbon market. The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, the Ministry of Finance, and other relevant bodies are developing plans to establish a pilot carbon credit trading system starting in 2025.

Carbon credit trading floor
Full operational carbon credit trading floor scheduled for 2028, as outlined in Decree 06/2022/N-CP.
