Alluvium Holdings Sustainability Actions

Heatwave vulnerability assessment

Natural Capital and Climate (formerly Natural Capital Economics) was engaged to undertake a vulnerability assessment of Victoria’s economy to heatwave. This work extended to consider impacts on infrastructure, primary production, natural resources and urban communities.

EC4 evaluation plan

Alluvium was engaged to develop an evaluation plan for assessing the outcomes and achievements of the initiatives funded under EC4 between 2016–17 and 2019–20 and a program logic for outlining ongoing achievements and outcomes.

Whole-of-tranche assessment

The aim of this evaluation plan was to consider the impact and effectiveness of EC4 as whole, rather than evaluating individual initiatives. In developing this plan, systems thinking has been applied to capture the integrated nature of the initiatives in meeting the EC objectives.

Expanded offices in Asia

Alluvium Group has expanded its footprint with new offices in Bangkok and Darwin. The Thailand office strengthens its on-ground presence in the Mekong region, and the Darwin office expands its national presence in Australia, improving its capacity to work across northern Australia and to connect domestic and regional agendas.
