Joined the Fair Labor Association

In July 2025, Alo Yoga joined the Fair Labor Association, an international network focused on labour standards in factories and farms. Signed responsible recruitment pledge

In April 2023, Alo Yoga signed the American Apparel & Footwear Association and Fair Labor Association Commitment to Responsible Recruitment. The pledge is intended to address labour abuse, unsafe working conditions, excessive hours, and inadequate pay. The brand said it is working with supply-chain partners so that workers do not pay for jobs, can recover recruitment-related fees, retain control of travel documents, and receive employment terms in a language they understand before departure.
