B Corp re-certification

On re-certification in 2025, our B Impact score increased to 136.1 as testament to our ongoing commitment to making a valuable social contribution to business and society, alongside an expanding range of commercial but highly client-centric services - all whilst minimising our environmental impact.

B Corp accreditation in 2022

B-People first completed the B Corp accreditation process in January 2022, ranked as Outstanding with a B Impact score of 129.1 and rubber-stamping our plan to operate as a force for good in Search, Leadership Development and People Consulting.

Donations to ESG initiatives

In addition to our founding principle of increasing diversity and equality in the workplace, we donate a minimum of 1% of our revenues and 5% of our time to three initiatives that play a key role within our ESG strategy.

Support for refugee employment

Social Mobility & Integration: Partnership, financial assistance and direct pro-bono support to The Launchpad Collective. The Launchpad Collective (TLC) is a Brighton-based non-profit organisation dedicated to supporting refugees into employment.

EBN commercial partnership

As part of our own commitment to environmental sustainability, B-People is proud to be a commercial partner to the Environmental Business Network (The EBN). Through our commercial partnership with the EBN we aim to learn, share and connect with like-minded businesses to help to shape the agenda in the environmental sustainability space.

Support for social issues

Focused Impact: Ad-hoc donations to support wider social issues such Gender Equality and Homelessness. In 2022, B-People was also pleased to make donations to several organisations that are working to overcome wider social issues.

Pro-bono services for non-profits

Every year, B-People aims to provide at least 5% of its services to dynamic Social Enterprises and other Non-Profit Organisations on a pro-bono basis.

Work experience and internships

Whenever possible, we also strive to provide opportunities to young people from ethnically diverse or socially disadvantaged backgrounds via work experience and internships.
