Safe Milk Kenya Project

During my time leading the Safe Milk Kenya Project, a co-funded initiative between Bio Foods and USAID, I saw first hand the critical link between food safety, livelihoods, and public trust. The project focused on raising awareness about milk quality often compromised by aflatoxins, antibiotic residues, and poor handling practices throughout the dairy supply chain.
