Founded by Menno, who initially traded organic sesame seeds in Ethiopia, his discovery of exquisite coffee trees there propelled him to delve into the coffee business. Menno's commitment began with assisting local farmers in obtaining organic certifications, benefitting them directly. The company blossomed from humble beginnings in Menno’s garage with a small PROBAT Roaster, to serving a diverse clientele across espresso bars, restaurants, hotels, and offices, as well as maintaining a strong base of individual coffee enthusiasts.
