Structured impact practices

Already benefiting from its sustainable greenhouse farming approach and the choice to heat with biomass and electricity, we helped Gen V better structure its practices and measure its impact more precisely. We also formalized certain initiatives for the benefit of employees working in the greenhouses (often coming from underrepresented groups).

Created action plans

By defining the strengths of each member of the B Corp committee, we created an action plan where each person was responsible for a specific task while adhering to a strict timeline.
