Water-saving garment design

Our commitment is based on the responsible use and care of one of our most precious commodities: water. Our fabrics need hardly any water for their production and subsequent life cycle. Born garments require less than 0.5% less water than a conventional cotton T-shirt. Our garment dyeing process is much faster, requiring only one-third as much water as a conventional process. In addition to water, this saves energy in the process.

3D Seamless production

One out of two of our garments are manufactured with 3D Seamless technology. Garments are knitted one by one, in a circular knitting machine from a single piece without seams, reducing raw material consumption and avoiding waste (35% waste in a conventional process).

Plastic waste reduction

Reducing plastic waste is a growing priority. By using reusable bags, water bottles and containers, and properly disposing of plastics, we contribute to a more sustainable future.

Circularity in product design

We design our products with the impact they have on our planet in mind. Our tops and leggings are made of virgin, long and resistant fibers that do not generate microplastics in the wash. 90% of our garments without accessories (buttons, zippers, etc.). No blends of fabrics that hinder the deconstruction of the garment when it is recycled.

Textile waste reduction

Through our partnership with Recovo, we are committed to circular economy and textile waste reduction. We recycle our surplus and unsaleable garments through their circular solutions platform, giving them a second life as raw material for other companies.
