Founded in 2018, Brussels Beer Project (BBP) is a central name in Belgium’s craft brewery scene, distinguished by a commitment to experimentation, collaboration, and sustainable impact. Notably, BBP showcased its pioneering spirit in the circular economy by introducing Babylone in 2015, the first beer made with recycled bread. This marked the beginning of numerous upcycling initiatives. The company operates two breweries, one for production in Port Sud and another for lambic beer in Dansaert, and maintains five taprooms across Brussels, Paris, and Tokyo.
