Chloé received its B Corp recertification in October 2024. After its first certification in October 2021, Maison Chloé says it successfully completed the recertification process with a higher score. The company states that this achievement reflects its determination to continue efforts to improve the impact of its business operations, for which it takes full responsibility.

Société à Mission status

Chloé operates as a “Société à Mission” as of April 2023. The legal statutory change reflects Chloé’s commitment to support women’s advancement for a fairer future while adopting responsible environmental and social practices throughout its operations.

Mission committee established

Chloé has established a mission committee dedicated to its social and environmental commitments, made up of members of its teams and external experts – Elisabeth Laville, Lubomila Jordanova and Claire Simier – to whom it reports on progress.

Annual impact reports

In line with its commitment to transparency and Corporate Social Responsibility, Chloé publishes annual impact reports, including Chloé Mission Report 2023, Chloé Impact Report 2022 and Chloé Impact Report 2021.

Social Profit & Loss shared

Chloé shared its Social Profit & Loss Approach in March 2023. The SP&L is a methodology developed by Chloé in partnership with the Institut Français de la Mode (IFM) and the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers (CNAM). It aims to integrate positive social impact into performance reports and accounting frameworks, alongside environmental and financial performance criteria.
