Climate Change Coaches is a coaching and training organisation focused on helping sustainability, climate and environmental professionals build influencing, engagement and leadership skills. Its Green Transition Coach programme uses coaching, change management and behavioural science to support people working on sustainability initiatives, with an emphasis on listening, asking better questions and handling resistance to change.
