Level Up training initiative

Level Up is a CSR initiative aiming to upskill refugees and asylum seekers across Europe and beyond. Together with Code Institute, DMI, UXDI and AllTalk Training, focused training is provided and ambitious professionals are helped to connect with employers.

Project Connect for women

Project Connect is a CSR initiative aiming to enable women from conflict areas through internet connectivity. Its mission is to empower women training as software engineers in the Middle East by connecting them to the world.

People empowered through initiatives

Through various initiatives, the organisation says it has helped people get access to education, internet connection, and safe accommodation during times of conflict. It also states that it has achieved 100+ people empowered and 50+ scholarships.

Forestry and tree planting

With the help of Bosquia, 800 trees were planted in 2021 in Cue, Asturias, Spain. The forest supports biodiversity in the region while offsetting the carbon footprint of the company. In 2022, team members helped the Sotalbo Resurge association in Ávila recover an area affected by wildfires and planted over 750 native trees.

Local community support

The organisation has been supporting Na Piarsaigh Hurling & Football Club since early 2021. The club is described as a community hub for Cork and provides training programmes to local youth and adults.
