The company says it has specialized and committed itself to the middle and more vulnerable segments of the population, with the objective of resolving housing needs, with projects developed according to the requirements of future owners, with great emphasis on social and urban integration.

Award for social integration

In 2020, the PAU awards recognised Constructora Oval for its contribution to planning and building better cities that help reduce urban segregation. The award in the category Mejor Proyecto de Integración Social was given for the development of the “Plan Maestro Las Viñitas” in Cerro Navia, which favoured 570 vulnerable families.

Project with accessible units

The Megaproyecto Parque Las Violetas in Cerro Navia is a condominium of five-storey buildings built in reinforced concrete around a central green area. It includes three apartment typologies, one adapted for people with reduced mobility, and all rooms have natural lighting and ventilation.

Training on corporate crime

The Legal Management area has led a series of trainings linked to the prevention of corporate crimes, economic crimes and corruption. The session is part of the 2026 Annual Training Plan.
