Appointed new CEO

Last month, after much thought and consideration, Lyndon Frearson, our CEO and MD, advised the Board of Ekistica of his intention to stand down as CEO and MD of Ekistica as of 30 June 2026. Subsequent to Lyndon’s advice, the Board of Ekistica considered a range of alternative transition options and unanimously agreed to appoint Michael Tuckwell, presently our GM - Operations to the CEO role.
