Renewed WWF partnership

We’re proud to announce that Element is renewing our partnership with WWF for 2025 as part of the “Engage for the Planet” initiative. As skateboarders, we recognize the impact our industry has on forests, and we believe it’s our responsibility to give back to the ecosystems that sustain us.

Through initiatives like 1% for the Planet, we’re continuing to invest in the health of our natural environment and hold ourselves accountable as we move forward.

Forest restoration work

Our organization and I, has undertaken extensive measures to increase forest cover and strengthen ecosystem resilience across India. Through our sustained efforts, we have successfully restored over 200 hectares of degraded forest land at multiple locations. These initiatives were implemented with strong community participation, integrating sustainable practices and promoting Non-Timber Forest Product (NTFP)-based livelihoods to ensure both environmental and economic sustainability.

Community forest rights work

Recognizing the pivotal role of communities as custodians of forests, we have actively worked to uphold the Forest Rights Act (FRA). Our advocacy and legal interventions have contributed to the reclamation and legal transfer of encroached forest lands to rightful community ownership. Once handed over, these lands were enriched with native plant species, fostering biodiversity restoration and the creation of self-sustaining forest ecosystems.
