Expanded omnichannel stores

The Despomar Group, in collaboration with Toogas, developed its online store projects, strengthening its digital presence in the market. Following the successful implementation of the first store, the partnership was expanded to include the creation and ongoing support of new ecommerce platforms, focusing on the continuous optimisation of functionalities and the enhancement of the user experience. The online stores developed in collaboration with Toogas provide a truly Omnichannel experience, integrating with the ERP and connecting to the POS systems of the physical stores.

Place-based sustainability model

ESC presented its holistic sustainable territorial development model, positioning surfing at the core of a place-based sustainability strategy aligned with the #SDGs and #ESG principles. Within this framework, sport-driven innovation acts as a systemic catalyst shaping a long-term vision for resilient coastal communities.

Ocean and environmental monitoring

Ocean and environmental monitoring initiatives, powered by surf management projects, highlighted a robust citizen science and citizen innovation model embedded within the Reserve. By linking data collection, environmental awareness and responsible use, every user - surfer and non-surfer - is encouraged to act as a sustainability guardian, strengthening evidence-based coastal governance and ecosystem resilience.
