Provides secured homeowner loans

At Evolution Money, we provide secured homeowner loans for UK homeowners, with borrowing from £5,000 to £105,000. Our approach focuses on responsible lending, transparency and tailored solutions for each customer.

Assesses applications individually

As a specialist secured lender, we look at each application individually to ensure the loan is suitable and affordable.

Launched the Community Fund

The Evolution Money Community Fund gives every one of our team members the chance to support causes close to their hearts. Anyone in our business can nominate a registered charity or community organisation for a donation of up to £750. So far, we have donated £6,750 across nine organisations.

Volunteered at the Lalley Centre

This led us to participate in an unforgettable volunteering day with Caritas Diocese of Salford, at the Lalley Centre in Collyhurst, North Manchester. Our team of 19 dived into a series of activities, from gardening, DIY, and organising food and toy donations, all aimed at enhancing the Centre's ability to serve the community’s needs.

Donated to local charities

We recently donated books worth around £320 to Wood Street Mission’s Books Forever appeal. We’re proud to have donated £750 to Mentell. Evolution Money recently donated £1,700 to the Greater Manchester Mayor’s Charity. In addition to hands-on assistance, Evolution Money supported the Lalley Centre's pantry with a significant donation of food, and contributed a further £330 for the purchase of 300 additional pantry items.
