Launched an Employee Resource Group (ERG) dedicated to sustainability, raising awareness and promoting action to reduce environmental impact.

Carbon footprint analysis

In 2021, we partnered with Spanish eco-consultant, Mrs. Greenfilm, to complete our carbon footprint analysis company-wide. From this baseline, our goal is to reduce our emissions moving forward.

Renewable energy and waste

Powered on 100% renewable energy at our UK facilities with zero waste to landfill, with an aim to implement the same across other global facilities where possible. Offset our business air travel in 2022.

Employee volunteer policy

Employees company-wide have two-paid days to volunteer at organizations and causes of their choice.

Charitable giving and education

Supported multiple non-profit organizations, and continued to educate our staff by bringing in industry experts to speak to employees.

Sustainability working group

Deluxe is a founding member and Chair of the Sustainability Working Group as part of the SMPTE Media in the Cloud Initiative. The Group has published a paper on the environmental impact of media in the cloud.
