Gestión Inteligente de Conflictos (GIC) is a mediation company focused on resolving banking, commercial, family and workplace conflicts through dialogue and agreement. It says it is the first mediation agency in Spain by experience, knowledge and history, and describes mediation as a way to transform tensions into agreements and reduce the distress caused by conflict. GIC states that it is certified as a B Corp, with its impact linked to social responsibility, transparency, governance and environmental performance. It also says it has helped more than 1,000 people since 2024, completed more than 8,000 mediations since 2012, and achieved an 80% agreement rate.
