Ghanda says its mission is to ensure its products are made in an ethical and humane way, while being conscious of its environmental footprint. The company states that it employs 40+ people in its manufacturing team, hand prints goods in its own warehouse on the Victorian Surf Coast, and designs and creates 100% of what appears in its stores and online in-house. It also says it approaches store fit-outs in an ecologically sustainable way, uses timber hangers in all stores, has removed individual poly bags from blank garments, and prints to order to avoid overproduction and waste.
