Findings from the 2023 Sustainability Leaders Survey, by GlobeScan and The SustainAbility Institute by ERM, finds that sustainability leadership is increasingly measured by the integration of sustainability into business strategy. The survey is the largest and longest-running survey of its kind and has tracked expert opinions on sustainable development leadership for over 25 years.

This report provides a roadmap for businesses to navigate rising societal expectations, close the trust gap in a polarized world, and strengthen their reputation. Since 2001, GlobeScan has been measuring societal “Thick Trust” in institutions through its annual global public opinion surveys.

Studied Canadian environmental behaviour

Action on climate change is a high priority for the Government of Canada. Accordingly, the Privy Council Office (PCO) asked GlobeScan to mine National Geographic’s and GlobeScan’s Canadian Greendex dataset in order to understand Canadians’ environmental behaviour across regions and demographic groups.

Ran the COP26 corporate affairs event

Oxford and GlobeScan convened a panel and roundtable discussion on 8 December with members of the Oxford-GlobeScan Global Corporate Affairs Council. The event featured public opinion insights on the shifting expectations of the global public regarding the Climate Agenda.
