Environmental data and reporting

The Sustainability Specialist, data, and environment will be part of the ESG team in Oslo. Key responsibility will be to collect, analyse, and interpret environmental data relevant to the company and products. Primary focus will be to support with various calculations needed for reporting and follow up on the company's progress.

Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions

Measure, report and manage GHG emissions across Scope 1, 2 and 3 according to the GHG protocol. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders externally and internally to gather relevant data needed from own operations, supply chain, transportation, and user phase.

Annual climate reporting

Annually report climate emission progress in needed systems like HH annual report, CDP, STICA, Climate Action Corp. Develop and maintain sustainability dashboards and reports, highlighting key performance indicators related to GHG emissions, material compliance and sustainability goals.

Supply chain impact assessment

Assessment to evaluate the environmental impact of our supply chain. Define and monitor key sustainability performance indicators, establishing benchmarks for improvement. Collaborate on initiatives to reduce environmental impact, such as optimizing transportation, logistics, decarbonisation and reducing waste.

Product circularity work

Be part of developing product related strategy. Lead efforts to embed circular design principles into the product development process. Collaborate closely with the design, material, and product development teams to incorporate circularity concepts.

Preferred material list

Be responsible for our preferred material list, to keep it updated to best industry practice. Have a high knowledge of low impact materials and processes for textile. Be responsible for environmental attributes on products, including educating the product teams.
