Advised on waste heat reuse

The report says that, driven by digitalisation and the rise of AI, data centres are expanding rapidly and produce substantial waste heat, which often goes unutilised. It focuses on capturing and repurposing that heat.

Reviewed Westminster RE:FIT

HermeticaBlack has been appointed by Westminster City Council to undertake an independent review of its Corporate Property RE:FIT Programme. The review assessed progress towards decarbonisation objectives alongside the effectiveness of programme implementation under PSDS constraints, and developed recommendations to support optimisation, improve governance and long-term value delivery.
