B Corp certification

As one of Australia’s first certified B Corp organisations, we’re proud to be part of a global community of businesses making a positive impact on the world around them. Our ongoing certification means we meet B Corp’s high standards of social and environmental performance, transparency, and accountability.

Carbon neutral certification

In 2020, we became Australia’s first carbon neutral certified flexible workspace provider – at both an Organisation and Service level. We offset 100% of the carbon emissions in our workspaces, meaning all your carbon emissions are offset while you work.

Flexi Impact memberships

Each year, we offer complimentary memberships that equate to 1% of our total desk capacity to people from impact-led organisations, non-profits, B Corporations, and social enterprises, through our Flexi Impact program. Each membership is valid for a year and provides a purpose-built space to work, network, and grow their impact.

Reconciliation Action Plan

We’re formally endorsed by Reconciliation Australia for our Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP). Our Reflect RAP helps us build and encourage relationships between indigenous-led businesses, develop opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, and foster respect for the world’s longest continuing cultures and communities.

Committed to minimising our footprint, we promote a culture of sustainability throughout our operations. From energy efficiency to sustainable procurement and chemical reduction, our Sustainability and Environmental Policy ensures we prioritise responsible corporate practices.

WorkWell program

As part of our ongoing commitment to workplace wellness, we’ve launched WorkWell – a program of wellbeing services and initiatives dedicated to professional mental, social, and physical health. From purposefully designed spaces to thoughtful community events, WorkWell puts our members’ wellbeing first at every Hub location.

Some of our current impact initiatives around our workspaces include: Coffee recycling, Bike parking, Staff volunteering program, Recycling and paper bins, GreenPower, Locally-sourced products, Plants to absorb CO2, Eco-friendly cleaning.
