On 5 December 2024, CommUnique said Gihan Hyde would continue her position as Co-Chair of the MENA Sustainable Fintech Alliance and that she and Amélie Arras would lead initiatives to drive sustainability and innovation within the fintech ecosystem across the MENA region.

Expand diverse sustainability dialogue
On 29 October 2023, Gihan Hyde said she planned to disrupt the sustainability ecosystem by making it more diverse and inclusive, and that she would do so by having 10 personas in one room through the Sustainovate round tables.
