Sizing weblayer reduced returns

Isadore is now using Bloomreach’s agentic personalization platform, Loomi AI, to help lower ecommerce returns and recommend more eco-friendly products to customers. One weblayer focused on ensuring customers could get the sizing help they needed at checkout and would connect them directly with Isadore’s support team for assistance if necessary. Since the weblayer was created and turned on, over 69% of customers removed a product from their cart after being prompted with the weblayer (vs. 40% before). As a result, Isadore saw a 29% decrease in potential ecommerce returns.

Alternative collection uses recycled materials

Isadore is also using Loomi AI to recommend more eco-friendly products. Isadore’s “alternative” collection features not only a bold design for riders but is also made from 100% recycled materials. The company sent an email campaign that featured personalized product recommendations encouraging customers to “minimize environmental impact without compromise.”

Repairs and Crash Replacement Service: So customers get the most out of their Isadore apparel and reduce their ecological impact, Isadore offers a crash repair service for all products. This helps avoid repairable apparel being sent to a landfill.

Reduced virgin plastics in production

Removing virgin plastics from production: Isadore produces more products from recycled materials than virgin plastics. In 2023, 100% of bibs and tights used recycled face fabric and bio-foam.

Local EU manufacturing

Using local manufacturers: Isadore keeps manufacturing local to the European Union and works with Bluesign and Higg-certified factories as much as possible.
