Istoria Group is now a Certified B Corporation®, joining a global community of over 5,000 businesses committed to measuring social and environmental impact. B Corp Certification is awarded by non-profit network B Lab. The accreditation extends to Istoria Group’s constituent companies - Ignition, Tiny Spark and Phoenix Wharf.

People audit and strategy

One example of governance at Istoria Group came in the form of commissioning a fellow B Corp, B People, to carry out a people audit. The audit allowed the group to develop a progressive people strategy covering staff engagement, career development, diversity, and leadership.

Pro bono and volunteering

Our Impact Highlights include 2 pro bono projects, 434 pro bono hours, 69 volunteering days, ÂŁ762 charitable donations, and 138 staff training hours.

Carbon reduction work

Our Impact Highlights include 292 tonnes of CO2 reduced every year through Ecologi, 2,159 trees planted per year, 2,159 trees planted, and an 8% reduction in carbon emissions since 2019 (base year).
