Kingdom & Sparrow Sustainability Actions

Joined the B Corp movement

Creating profit with purpose. We’re proud to be part of the B Corp movement.

Promoted transparent packaging

Help consumers understand your stance on sustainability and what they can do with your packaging. Tell them if it’s compostable or plastic free or widely recycled. If it isn’t, be honest. Tell them it’s only recyclable in certain places but you’re working on it. Give suggestions for reuse. Tell them you support a campaign.

Used sustainable packaging cues

We used a combination of written messages, bespoke graphic symbols and hand-painted elements to communicate the sustainable nature of the brand – from the natural, organic product and sustainable sourcing, through to their choice of plastic-free biodegradable packaging (the Earthpouch).

Supported local spring clean

The Kingdom and Sparrow crew spent a morning armed with brushes, bin bags, and buckets of enthusiasm (plus caffeine and pasties, obviously), as we got stuck in to help tidy up our lovely seaside home.

Worked on a social impact project

3 COMMENDED Recognitions: Notably, we were commended for our Social Impact Project with local Community Benefit Society Soul Farm, a meaningful initiative that reflects our commitment as a B Corp to creating purposeful work.
