Higher Standard strategy goals

Lincoln Electric has set 2025 sustainability goals for several areas. It aims to reduce total recordable safety incidents by 52%, cut Scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas emissions by 10%, reduce energy intensity by 16%, reach an 80% recycling rate, and achieve a 97% landfill avoidance rate. These are time-bound targets, so they count as future commitments even though the company has already reported progress toward them.
