Lucy & Yak was born in 2017 with a mission: to prove that creating great products can bring joy to people while being kinder to the planet and the people who make them.

The largest disclosure came from the British brand Lucy & Yak, which produced 760,951 pieces;

Supported due diligence training

The Due Diligence Handbook for Auditors version 1.0 was launched on 19 November 2024. Two new online trainings on due diligence were provided to Certified Entities.

Used traceability tools

Global Trace-Base went live in its first phase in the third quarter of 2024. This system, when implemented fully in 2025, will go a long way in ensuring the integrity and traceability of certified materials, impact monitoring and evaluation and serve as a growing platform for sustainable development in the textile sector.

Joined educational campaigns

Through initiatives like our #BehindTheSeams campaign, new trainings and regional round tables, we continue to raise awareness, maximise shared knowledge and connect stakeholders across the value chain – from farmers to fibre processors to textile manufacturers to consumers.
