MAP Real Estate Sustainability Profile

Since its establishment in 1986, MAP Real Estate has dedicated itself to providing optimal commercial real estate solutions for small to medium-sized tax-exempt and taxable enterprises. In 1995, the company introduced a philanthropic dimension by committing to donate at least 10% of each commission to charitable causes selected by their clients. This initiative evolved significantly in 2010 when their charitable arm, Investing In Communities, became an independent nonprofit. This transformation allowed residential and commercial buyers and sellers, as well as commercial tenants, to generate funding for their chosen non-profits through real estate transactions at no personal cost and independent of agent generosity.
