Published 2025 impact report

Our 2025 Impact Report is out now. "Everything we do leads back to making an impact." Maze says it held itself to the same standard it expects from its partners: create real impact and measure it honestly. The report refers to supporting a founder with funding and guidance, helping a team learn how to track their progress, and partnering with an organisation that turned good intentions into action.

Prepared social housing fund

Maze said it was building "a social housing fund for people sleeping on the streets of Lisbon". A LinkedIn post also said the firm was preparing the launch of a social housing fund that would have about 40 million euros to buy houses in the Lisbon region for people in a situation of homelessness.

Backed BNP Paribas pilots

Maze worked with BNP Paribas through growth programmes and impact advisory. The bank used a corporate-startup pilot to increase employee awareness of sustainability efforts and guide employees towards a more sustainable life. Maze also helped design and implement an 8-week development programme called Built to Shift for experienced employees.

Built carbon footprint tool

BNP Paribas hired maze and Deedster again to build a Carbon Footprint Calculator and use it as an engagement tool with their audience as part of their sponsorship of the Rock in Rio Lisboa music festival.
