Supported a climate programme

Moorhouse established the delivery framework as part of the setup of the ‘Climate Innovation Programme’. This facilitated the successful launch of a new online carbon offsetting platform. The work included a plan for key initiatives, governance, dependency mapping, and stakeholder mapping. Moorhouse then supported the ongoing delivery of the programme and various initiatives.

Updated environmental standards

Since September 2022, Moorhouse has been working closely with a global manufacturing organisation. A set of new and updated Environmental Standards were created which detailed an updated set of minimum performance requirements. Detailed guidance was written to share practical and relevant examples of how key risks and opportunities could be identified, managed, and realised.

Implemented ESG data system

A dedicated project team of system implementation consultants were mobilised to design and deliver a bespoke Environmental Social and Governance (ESG) data system. The purpose of this system was to collect, analyse and report relevant environmental data so that the client can track progress against each of the 2025 environmental targets. It was implemented across 80 manufacturing sites in 25 countries.

Built compliance and audit tools

Moorhouse designed a range of mechanisms to monitor compliance at different levels of the organisation. A self-assessment tool and a cross-regional audit programme enabled the identification of performance gaps against the Standards’ requirements and opportunities for improvement. A compliance framework was developed and tested to drive accountability at all levels of the business.

Advised on ESG reporting

Moorhouse provides sustainability advisory services including carbon footprinting, reporting strategy, risk assessment and selection of frameworks, ESG digital advisory and architecture, ESG BI and insights, double materiality assessment, customer insights, sustainable operating model, performance improvement and decarbonisation, sustainable culture, and sustainable supply chain.
