Certified B Corporation

In April 2023, MZ Wallace officially became a certified B Corporation. The company said that taking the B Impact Assessment was a collective process that involved its entire team, and that the certification measures internal operations, community giving, employee treatment and environmental impact.

Uses recycled nylon fibers

MZ Wallace uses custom-developed proprietary nylons woven from fully recycled fibers that are Global Recycling Standard certified. One hundred percent of the brand’s solid Oxford and Bedford signature fabrics are Bluesign approved.

Leather processed in ICEC facilities

The brand says its leather is processed in facilities that are certified by the ICEC.

Launched sustainably sourced raffia

MZ Wallace launched a Raffia collection in May 2023. The company said the collection uses sustainably sourced Raffia from Madagascar, and that it later launched a second Raffia offering in August 2023.

MZW Gives Back collaboration

MZ Wallace said it has a program called MZW Gives Back and uses it to create limited edition bags that benefit a cause it believes in. The CFDA Foundation tote was described as the seventh MZW Gives Back collaboration.
