Hosted an ESG summit

Lawrence University will host the inaugural New North ESG Summit on May 2, a gathering of corporate and community leaders in northeast Wisconsin to discuss the power of sustainability and the importance of good Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices. New North Inc. is working with the Wisconsin Sustainable Business Council to organize the conference.

Published ESG guidance

To highlight the progress in our region, we have included information and examples that feature some of our investor companies’ ESG Reports as best-practice examples. Governance reports include some of the following focus areas: protecting the environment—reducing its carbon footprint and addressing climate change; utilizing clean and reliable energy; identifying recyclable materials to reduce operational waste; enhancing digital innovation; and collaborating with supply chain partners to also follow similar ESG guidelines.
