Reframed roadmap as Impact Journey

In 2023, Danone reframed its sustainability roadmap as the Danone Impact Journey. This roadmap, which grounds its commitments as a “Société à Mission” and a B Corp, is articulated around three pillars: Health, Nature, and People & Communities.

Achieved B Corp certification

Since 2015, Danone has embarked on a B Corp journey, which it says it achieved in 2025, being now fully B Corp certified across the world.

Published EcoVadis recognition

In September 2022, SARMED participated for the fifth consecutive year in the assessment of its corporate social responsibility by EcoVadis and received the “Gold Recognition Level” distinction. Its performance is higher than the average rating in all 4 rating categories.

Expanded logistics collaboration

In July 2022, SARMED announced a new strategic collaboration with Danone Nutricia (trade name Numil Hellas). SARMED provides storage services for Danone Nutricia’s dairy and herbal products at its new facilities located in Aspropyrgos, Attica.
