B Corp recertification

We’ve been a proud B Corp since 2020, making sure people and planet go hand in hand with profit. This means everything we do is marked and scored against a strict set of independent principles. We recertified in 2024, achieving a score of 97.7.

Donated extra produce

At the end of each week, we donate any extra fruit and veg to FareShare. They redistribute food to charities and community groups that provide nutritious meals to people who need them. We’ve donated the equivalent of 1,967,526 meals so far – 826,361 kgs of fruit and veg!

Reduced transport emissions

Never fly produce in. Prioritise local growers. Deliver overnight and plan routes carefully to keep emissions low.

Used recyclable packaging

Only add packaging if it will help cut food waste. Use fully recyclable boxes.

Rescued surplus produce

Oddbox sells boxes of fruit and vegetables that would otherwise have gone to waste. It works with growers, rescuing produce “too odd” or “too many” because of cosmetic issues, surplus or supply chain issues.

Trained staff on carbon

70% of Oddbox’s staff have now completed an eight-hour carbon literacy training course, and the business is targeting at least 90% by the end of the year.
