ESG data aligned to B Corp

Women’s equality work

OGL says it has been dedicated to promoting women’s rights throughout its chain of command since it was established. It says the majority of its employees are women and that it continues to build a fair and transparent workplace, offering equal pay, open growth pathways, and a safe environment for everyone.

Project Renascence

OGL says it is proud of Project Renascence, a project born to empower women and reduce waste at the same time. It partnered with a disabilities non-profit organization in China to provide skills training and education so participants could create sustainable fashion accessories from fabric surplus.
